Mortgage brokers at Expert Financial: About us
We are mortgage brokers who offer a wide range of options when it comes to choosing the right type of mortgage for you. We are a better choice versus traditional high street banks. This is because many of those mortgage lenders only offer a small portfolio of home loans. These may not include the lowest rates or the type of loan you require. As mortgage brokers, we have access to loans not available from high street banks.
At Expert Financial we can find deals you couldn’t find yourself via an online search. As mortgage brokers, we have access to deals and rates not available to the general public. We offer you access to around 80 lenders and up to 15,000 different mortgage schemes, tailored specifically to your situation. At Expert financial, we handle absolutely everything for you, from the initial application all the way to the release of your funds. We pride ourselves on helping our clients find the best mortgage for their situation, as well as finding the most competitive mortgage rates nationwide.
We can also help you with your mortgage insurance needs
Additionally, we can help you find insurance solutions when it comes to home and contents cover, as well as life insurance. As with our mortgage services, we are able to find you competitive, unpublished rates on both home and life insurance.
With some mortgage broker and insurance services, the client pays a fee to the firm. At Expert Financial we are unique in that we work with a network of lenders and providers that pay us a commission directly. Since we don’t rely on a client fee we are able to save you both money and time.
Whether you are a first time homebuyer, have a complex financial situation, are looking to remortgage, or are simply looking for home and life insurance cover, let us take the hassle out of the application process. Give us a call today to discuss your needs and let us help make your financial future brighter.
